Performed duties as technical adviser to the U.S. Department of Commerce USPTO Office of Technology Assessment and Forecasting. Developed computer models and presentation methodologies for studying a variety of attributes regarding inventions, inventors, companies, science and technology. Created a new measurement index reporting the inter-industry job mobility of inventors, in order to detect and measure predatory behavior of entities hiring between Competitors. This index supported the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
