Conducted the justification for continued operation of U.S. Department of Labor’s inplant printing facility.  Developed a production capacity planning system based on equipment represented in a similar fashion as the chemical periodic chart.  Click here to see example. Arranged for waiver of government HVAC limits so to maintain plant at cool operation in the humid summers  in Washington, D.C.. Prepared accelerated workflow for rapid reproduction of the Consumer Price Index for timely release to world’s financial markets.
